So, recently I've had this weird bug that I can't open my command prompt in normal mode or admin, the only way to open it is if Dont create commanc new user on my computer, this way I can open it but only in the new user session. I've searched and tried some "fixes" for several hours for a fix and I didn't find one that helped. I don't know how I've missed this solution while I was looking for it but here is the way I fixed it:.
